What is Amnanda Moksha?
Do you ever find it difficult to go from wanting to do something to actually doing it? In Sanskrit, Moksha means ‘liberation’ or ‘freedom’ and this treatment focuses on dissolving the inner blocks that limit our self-determination and our ability to make choices and move forward.
It works towards better metabolic functioning and the release from self-limiting beliefs and behavioural patterns, that can often be traced back to our childhood. The goal of Amnanda Moksha is a stronger, vital, more authentic you, with increased self-esteem.
During the treatment there becomes a much greater feeling of freedom and free will.
What does the process involve?
Amnanda Moksha takes six months to complete and consists of six oil treatments carried out once a month, or every 4-6 weeks. If the process can’t be completed within this time period, Moksha would need to start again. After the process is finished, it is possible to receive further treatments.
Each Amnanda Moksha begins with a conversation, initially to establish what brought you to the session and what your hopes and goals are. This discussion is followed by the oil treatment, which is only given to the front of the body with very slow and gentle touch.
The Moksha oil is a special blend of cold pressed, organic herbs and the treatment is accompanied by the playing of a specific chant. Moksha is recommended when you are feeling particularly blocked or sluggish, either in a physical or emotional sense. The treatment is usually given after Amnanda Process, but this is decided on a case by case basis.
A period of two weeks must be left between the two treatments. The minimum age to receive Amnanda Moksha is years old. As with all the Amnanda treatments there is no upper age limit, however, Moksha may not be a suitable process for some clients. Please do get in touch to discuss this further.
The cost of this 60-75 minute treatment is £75.
