What is Amnanda Process?
Amnanda is a wonderful treatment for relaxation but also for the release of stress and past trauma that many of us hold deep within the body. It works to remove the remnants of painful and difficult experiences that we may not even be conscious of.
Each person’s journey is unique, but by letting go of traumatic and negative stress patterns the process opens the door to greater emotional wellbeing and increased positivity, contentment and happiness. For many, this means a renewed sense of purpose and a clearer direction in life - ultimately leading to a more joyful and fulfilling existence. Amnanda also restores our ability to navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience and inner peace. It is a regenerative process that works towards bringing harmony to the entire body; physically, emotionally and at a cellular level.
What does the process involve?
Amnanda consists of twelve, full body oil treatments given at least two weeks apart and within six weeks of each other. It is a continual process that cannot be broken, otherwise it needs to start again. The oils are made up of specifically chosen organic herbs which are used to anoint, rather than massage the body.
During each session, a special mantra is played to create an atmosphere of safety, peace and release. Within the consultation, there’s also the opportunity to share and talk through any thoughts, feelings or life experiences.
Throughout your Amnanda journey you will drink two specially formulated organic herbal teas which boost the immune system and help support the hormonal system.
A special skin tincture is also taken daily for two months during the process to strengthen and tone the skin and connective tissues.
Clients must be over the age of 22 to receive the treatment, but you are never too old to start your Amnanda journey.
